Manufactured in two membrane sizes:
1.52m wide by 12.2m long, (18.54m²)
3.05m wide by 15.25m long, (46.5m²)
The FAT is applied to one edge of the roll, the other edge has a guide line to ensure correct overlap widths and membrane placement. FAT improves seaming productivity, completing projects faster, improving ability to get buildings 'in the dry' in less time and minimising business disruption.
The 3.03m wide roll is also available in a non FAT version and spliced with 75mm PS SecurTAPE.
Flex-R recommends the use of Pressure Sensitive accessories due to their increased reliability, speed of installation and reduction of materials required to complete details. RubberBond PS products simplify all EPDM installations by using market leading seam tapes, overlayment tapes, flashing tapes, flashing tapes and PS accessories as an integral part of the RubberBond EPDM roofing system.
For use with RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM standard roll (non FAT) SecurTAPE is used in conjunction with HP-250 Primer to fuse EPDM membranes together in the field for long term splice strength.Material Safety Data Sheet Technical Data Bulletin
A non mouldable tape used for butt jointing membranes, seaming of metal edging and other seaming detail, or simply for making repairs to cut or damaged membrane. Used in conjunction with HP-250 Primer.
The un-cured EPDM tape is mouldableand adaptable to irregular surfaces capable of sealing internal and external corners, pipes, cover patches and other flat roof details. This product must be used in conjunction with HP-250 Primer.Material Safety Data Sheet Technical Data Bulletin
Pre-fabricated pipe seals are cured EPDM pipe seals with a Pressure-Sensitive (PS) tape applied to the bottom of the pipe flange. Ideal for quick and easy flashing of pipes from 12mm up to 150mm in diameter. Must be used in conjunction with HP-250 Primer.Material Safety Data Sheet Technical Data Bulletin
Designed to protect the membrane in areas exposed to repetitive foot traffic. Adhered to the membrane with three strips of pre-applied Seam Tape used in conjunction with HP-250 Primer.
Designed for one-step cleaning and priming of surfaces prior to the application of FAT, Seam Tape, Uncured Flashing, Cover Strips and all other PS products.Material Safety Data Sheet Technical Data Bulletin

Sure Edge is a PVC-u roof trim system available in both black and white. Easy to maintain and the perfect accompaniment to all modern fascias, the trim is designed around ease of installation. Features including Built in Battening and pre-applied foam seals make it one of the most advanced and high performing trims on the market.
The Gutter Trim and has a pre-applied foam strip for an immediate watertight seal and comes complete with a PVC-u batten which eliminates the requirement for a timber batten.
For installations where a timber batten is already present there is a standard backplate which fits directly to the timber batten and to which the gutter trim is secured.
With a Built in Batten along the top Edge top edge and pre-applied foam strip creating an immediate watertight seal, the Check Kerb Trim secures in place in seconds.
The joiners simply hook underneath the gutter trim and clip over the top creating an immediate, near seamless join.
Attaches by hooking under the Check Kerb Trim and clipping over the top.
Pre-formed internal and external gutter trim corners secure in place using super glue.
The Check Kerb External corner doubles as a a Check Kerb to Gutter Trim corner by leaving one blanking plate in place on the Gutter Trim side. This simple design allows the corner to be glued in place for on either corner.
