Sealants are heavy-bodied trowel- or gun-consistency
materials used in conjunction with roofing system
materials. Their primary use is to seal the exposed
edges of EPDM membrane splices. Lap Sealants are
extremely durable, and their cured rubber consistency
enables them to expand and contract with the
membrane.
Lap Sealant is to be used to seal splice edges of cured
EPDM and uncured EPDM Elastoform Flashing.
