The Typhoo Tea factory on Merseyside has recently been reroofed by Wirral Roofcare Ltd., approved RubberBond Roofing contractors for 9 years.

The client had several prices from different roofing companies who proposed a range of high performance flat roofing systems. Wirral Roofcare Ltd. were able to offer RubberBond FleeceBack roofing system at the same price with twice the warrantee, which ultimately won the contract.
The original waterproofing layer on the main stores was asphalt that had come to the end of its serviceable life. The roof area of 3000 m² was undertaken by 4 approved installers and of course, was successfully completed within 4 weeks.
